Keep in mind that these menus are only suggestions and it would be our pleasure to assist you in putting together the perfect menu for your event. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Our Banquet Room seats 150-200 people and every table boasts beautiful views of the golf course, with access to an outdoor patio situated behind the signature 18th green.
We can accommodate smaller outdoor ceremonies on our clubhouse patio, or large ceremonies on our picturesque pitching course just steps from the club house!

Ontario CC can meet any dietary issues with prior notification by you or your guest. We offer vegan, lactose and gluten free choice.
Commonly Asked Questions:
Is Ontario CC *child friendly?*
Absolutely! We offer a children's menu of chicken fingers, hot dogs, burgers, macaroni and cheese and french fries.
Children 10 & under are 1/2 price, children 5 & under are FREE. We also offer free Wi-Fi and have high chairs available as needed.
Do we have to be concerned with golfers or other patrons intruding on our event?
Ontario CC has separate facilities for our Bar and Grill room and our Banquet rooms. We also offer a separate entrance with a
handicap accessible ramp for wheelchairs and strollers.
Our North and South banquet rooms have equally beautiful views overlooking the golf course.
Also, depending on the size, date, time and nature of your event we would consider closing the facility for your private event
upon request. An additional charge for that service may be required.
Do you hold wedding ceremonies at Ontario CC?
We do offer ceremonies on our outdoor patio or pitching course areas. Flower arrangements or other decor may be placed by
Ontario CC staff, if supplied by you or by an outside designer of your choice.
Arrangements for our staff to be present during decorating must be made in advance. On site ceremony fee is $300 which
includes 100 white folding plastic chairs.
Is there a fee for our photographer to use the grounds and/or facility for photos?
There is never a fee for photographers to use the facility and/or ground for any photo shoot. We also offer golf carts for the
wedding party and photographer to use to travel to especially scenic areas of our golf course.
Can we decorate the room ourselves for our wedding?
You and your family and/or friends are welcome to decorate the banquet room to suit your taste for any event, or it can be done
for you. You may be provided access to your room up to 2 hours in advance of your event.
Can we hire our own DJ for an event?
You can hire any DJ you choose or we can recommend one. We offer a wireless microphone system, podium and Bose speakers
and have the capability to connect an iPod or comparable music player to our sound system.
Can we pay for our event with a credit card?
Yes! However, all credit card transactions are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
CONTRACT
General Information
Thank you for choosing Ontario CC for your special event. We offer a variety of options to provide you with a highly enjoyable event.
The following information is provided to assist you in arranging your special event.
Guarantees
We must have a tentative count at least 14 days prior to any event and a final count 7 days before the event. The bill will reflect
final guarantee if fewer guests should attend.
Deposits
We require a $500 deposit to secure a wedding event date. Your deposit will be applied toward your final bill at full value.
In the event of a cancellation 30 days prior to your event, your deposit becomes property of Ontario CC.
Menus
Menu prices are guaranteed 45 days prior to the event. We reserve the right to change any menu option or pricing in the event
of changes in the commodities market 45 days prior to your event.
Security
Ontario CC will not assume responsibility for any merchandise prior to, during or following your event.
Service Charge and Sales Tax
There is a 20% service charge for all wedding reception events
8% sales tax added to the total bill on all parties
Additional Information
No food or beverage may be brought into this establishment without proper consent. All cakes and pastries must come from a
County Health Department approved bakery.
